But on a more serious matter...where is this Brandon? Because I live in a city called Brandon in Manitoba Canada!? Same one maybe? Or am I crazy?

Hey thanks!
This song is by David Firth who lives in Leeds, England. After a whole bunch of research, I counted at least three seperate cities called Brandon in the UK. Not only is the one outlined in the graphics the closest one to Leeds but it is also a noted Chav hangout. Given Mr. Firth's propensity to hang out with a certain Bong-toking rap-star, the choice seemed the most logical.
